@Bricks_by_pata
Hi, I’m Patryk!
My current LEGO journey started by accident. My mom asked me to take my LEGO bricks from my childhood, or she would give them away. That brought back many memories. Later, I discovered BrickLink, Facebook groups, and many great people who love LEGO as much as I do. I took my first photos of minifigures in 2020 during a holiday. At that time, I didn’t plan to start an Instagram account or take photos regularly. It was just for fun — another way to play with LEGO. In 2021, I started my Instagram account @bricks_by_pata, where I share my photos. I’m always learning more about photography, trying new ideas, and growing my LEGO collection. My photos focus on minifigures and their small adventures. I like different themes, but my favorites are pirates and knights from the ’90s, as well as Star Wars and The Lord of the Rings. I’ve been a member of #afolsquad almost from the beginning, and it means a lot to me. Many photo challenges need motivation and often push me out of my comfort zone.
Best wishes, and see you on Instagram!

@drobnescenki
My name is Beata and I love nature! I very often take my photos in forests, gardens, and parks, as they are the perfect background for minifigures. Besides that, I also love Halloween, which is clearly reflected in the number of dark, spooky photos on my profile.

@rafdanzig
My name is Rafał, and after more than thirty years I returned to the world of LEGO, which immediately drew me in again. I am especially fascinated by classic themes such as Pirates and Castle, but I also have a strong fondness for sets inspired by pop culture. LEGO is not only about building for me, but also a way to spend my time creatively. In my free time, I enjoy taking LEGO-themed photos, creating small stories and scenes built from bricks. Through this, I can combine my passion for LEGO with photography.

@pg_bricks_photography
I take photos with my phone, I want to show that you don`t need a lot of space or professional equipment. I draw inspiration for my photos from everyday life , but also from movies, books or simply whatever comes to mind.

@glober_ek
My name is Łukasz and I run a LEGO photography account on Instagram as @glober_ek. I grew up by the sea, but currently live in Warsaw — which means my minifigures get more urban adventures than beach holidays these days. I mainly photograph LEGO minifigures and proudly keep things on an amateur level: all photos are taken with my phone, mostly on the floor, the table, or wherever decent light happens to exist. LEGO has been part of my life forever, thanks to my parents and long childhood sessions of world-building with my dad — mostly pirate ships, with the occasional space adventure thrown in.
I started by posting photos inspired by the official LEGO 2024 daily calendar, but at some point things escalated and my approach evolved into something more personal and slightly weirder. These days, my photos are built around unusual and sometimes gloriously pointless holidays celebrated around the world — Pizza Day, Zebra Day, or the highly underrated Rubber Duckie Day. I like my images to capture not only the theme itself, but also a bit of hidden humor, mild irony, and the kind of subtext that rewards looking twice. By day I’m an academic teacher, by night (and weekends) a fully committed LEGO nerd, happily lost somewhere between Star Wars, The Lord of the Rings, and Harry Potter — which may or may not explain why my minifigures often seem to live more interesting lives than I do.
