With over 300 posts on Instagram and Google+, our task to pick just one Ninjago Movie Minifigures Winner wasn’t easy. Shelly and I managed to narrow it down to three favourites each. After all, three’s the magic number, as Shelly pointed out!
With our votes in, there was one shot that we’d both chosen as a favourite.

The Ninjago Movie Minifigures Winner: “Fruit Ninja” shot by @shundeez_official
The “Fruit Ninja” shot by @shundeez_official got both our votes. The pose, the action and the clever creativity made this shot stand out. Both Shelly and I agreed that this shot captured the best flying ninja pose of all the entries. We can’t wait to see what Robert creates with his 20 Ninjago Movie Minifigures.
Sometimes, picking just one winner isn’t easy. So, this time, we stuck with the magic number theme, and chose three! We thought there were two other entries that were worthy of not only a mention, but a prize consisting of a selection of Ninjago Movie Minifigures and the LEGO Batman Movie Battle Pod Polybag as well.

The Ninjago Movie Minifigures Winner: “Green and Gold” by @fourbrickstall
We selected “Green and Gold” by @fourbrickstall for a number of reasons. The use of an overgrown patio for the setting, the lighting, and the ensuing hilarity of getting a Ninjago character wrong, much to her son’s embarrassment! Hopefully the prize will go towards rebuilding your Ninjago credibility with him!

“Garmadon Crane Kick Training” by @the_aphol is a beautiful shot, incorporating a traditional training pose with a Ninjago twist. I can almost hear Mr Miyagi calling out “learn balance!” as Garmadon stands atop the pole at the beach.

Congrats all! These are all stunning selections – when I saw that crane kick one by Marco, I knew it was a winning shot! I’m not sure how one captures the movement in the fruit ninja shot by Robert – and I think that’s a challenge I will apply to my own work. The green and gold look awesome together and it was a funny story as well Anna. Again, these are fantastic shots. Well done!?
