This is a podcast episode six months in the making! After inviting Dave DeBaeremaeker onto the show in person at the Oregon Toy Photo Safari this May, we were finally able to sit down and record an interview.

Dave has had one heck of a 2018. Since inviting him onto the show he’s become a regular contributor to the blog, and earlier this year he worked on a photography project for LEGO Dimensions. We talked all about his year and his journey as a photographer, as he went from participating in photography scavenger hunts to shooting toys. In fact, we had such a good chat that I’ve invited him back onto the show. I’ll have more news on that as it develops, but in the meantime you can check out our interview here, as well as on the usual podcast apps.

Thank you for listening, and thanks to Dave for coming onto the show! I recommend you check out his blog, and follow  him on Instagram and MeWe. You can also see some of the photos discussed in this episode below.

The podcast is now going to air on Mondays instead of Sundays. This just works better for my schedule, and helps ensure that I deliver a good show for you each week! Thanks again for tuning in, I’ve now been recording episodes of the show now for over a year (my first chat with Shelly was recorded on Nov 9th, 2017) and am so excited for what’s to come!
