The party is over. While we tidy up, let’s have a look at the series 18 winners.

The winner

Lynn’s “1950’s Dance Party” really captured a real swinging party! We could almost hear the swinging tunes coming from the jukebox as the diner erupts into a frenzied 50’s dance party. the lighting, the angle and the framing of this shot only add to its beauty. Thank you for such a wonderful entry Lynn!

The runner up

The simplicity of Chiara’s “Crashing at the party” shot jumped out at us. If only the policeman was as good at jumping. But if he was, we wouldn’t have seen this wonderful entry. The inclusion of the classic policeman and his motorcycle is a fitting nod to his inclusion in this series. Thank you Chiara.

Series 18 Winners: @skizzoph - Crashing at the party

And some that made our job so difficult…

Picking a winner is never easy. These entries show just how hard it was for us to pick a winner.

Series 18 Winners: @leadbricks - Mad Hatter’s Tea Party

We loved all the detail in Claire’s entry. The clever inclusion of some series 18 Minifigures and accessories was a wonderful touch too.

Series 18 Winners: @legoschmidt - Before finding a new family Batman's best friend was Alfred. Their parties were very sad: classical music and boring dances

Konstantin’s entry proves you don’t need a big crowd to have a party. Just look at how much fun can be had with just two!

Series 18 Winners: @theaphol - Witches' Party

@the_aphol – Witches’ Party

Marco’s “Witches Party” might not be a great party for all those invited, be we loved the twisted take on the party theme!

Series 18 Winner: @plastic_jake - Everyone was having an exceptional time at TK-7273’s Birthday Party, until TK-1352 mistook the Rathtar enclosure controls for the bathroom door controls.

Jake also had a different interpretation of the party theme. And what a wonderful interpretation it is!

Special thanks to our friends and past giveaway winners, @shundeez_official, @tomekskog, @mcbricktown and @lego_bestie for helping with the judging.

Thanks also to our friends at LEGO for the opportunity to review and giveaway this wonderful series of Minifigures.

And of course, thank you to everyone who entered. Unfortunately we can only have one winner. If it wasn’t you this time, there’s always the next giveaway. As winners Lynn and Chiara can enter future giveaways, but they’ll also be called upon to help with the judging. When someone wins our giveaways we ask them to help us judge for 12 months, and during that time, they are ineligible to win. So your odds of being the next winner keep getting better with every giveaway we have!
